Andalusia's gastronomy: Gazpacho.

Ingredients



  • 1 kg of ripe tomatoes.
  • 1 onion.
  • 1 big italian green pepper grande.
  • 3 cloves of garlics.
  • 1 cucumber.
  • 1 slice of bread.
  • 3 spoonful of extra virgin olive oil.
  • 1 teaspoon salt.
  • 3 spoonful of wine vinager.
  • Water.





Preparation.


  • Wash the tomatoes, cucumber and the pepper..
  • In a bowl, place tomatoes cut into quarters and bread.
  • Cut the pepper and clean the seeds and add it.
  • Add the garlic and onion, peeled and cut into quarters.
  • Peel the cucumber and add it.
  • Whisk in a blender.
  • Season and add water until it has the texture of a soft cream.
